Privacy Policy
How zph.cc handles your data — clearly, without the jargon.
zph.cc (“we”, “us”) operates a personal-page service that brings your links and social channels together under one address. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
- Account data — username and email address, plus a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Profile content — display name, bio, avatar, activity poster, and the links / social channels you choose to publish.
- Support or management contact — anything you send us directly when contacting site administration.
2. Information we collect automatically
- Page views — when someone opens a public page, we record a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address and user agent (raw IPs are never stored), the referring page, coarse device/browser type, and the time of the visit.
- Link & channel clicks — counters for each link and social channel so you can see how often they’re tapped. No personal data of the clicker is recorded.
- Cookies — a single essential session cookie keeps you logged in to the dashboard. Our site does not run its own tracking cookies.
3. How we use this data
- To run the service: show your public page, keep you logged in, and power the dashboard.
- To show you aggregate stats (views, clicks, devices) on your own content.
- To protect the platform: detect abuse, spam, or fraud, and keep accounts and content safe.
- To improve the product with aggregate, non-identifying measurements.
4. Public by design
Your page is a public page. Your username, display name, bio, avatar, poster, links and social channels are visible to anyone who opens your URL, and may appear on the zph.cc homepage and in search engines. Only publish what you want the world to see.
5. Advertising
Public pages may display ads served by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense). Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses data and how to opt out at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the site (hosting, databases, payment processing if applicable, ad delivery), when required by law, or when you direct us to.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, prepared database queries, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data protected.
8. Retention & deletion
- You can edit or remove your links, channels, avatar, poster and bio from your dashboard at any time.
- To delete your account entirely, contact site administration through our contact page — we’ll remove your account and associated public content.
- Accounts that violate our rules may be suspended or removed by administrators.
- Aggregate analytics are retained for operational purposes; individual page-view hashes are not tied to real identities.
9. Children
zph.cc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of zph.cc after changes means you accept the updated policy.
